Anatu Bundu Kamara is a living metaphor of determination, perseverance and optimism. She is also a woman of vision, opportunity and purpose. She continues to show her desire to affect the world in a significant manner and leave a contribution that will ultimately serve as a foundation for greater work beyond her lifetime.
She believes that “life goes by fast and the days are numbered so make the best of them. Every twenty-four hours contains significant investment time that you never get again. You only get to live a day once, and that one day can provide enough substance to transform a person or a community for a generation”.
