Hollywood Haitian Actor Benz Antoine and Former Miss Haiti Universe Sarodj Bertin will host the 3rd Annual Haiti Movie Awards Live At Lombardo's Hall
Following a legacy of great hosts, MPAH Haiti Movie Awards has announced that Hollywood actor Benz Antoine and Former miss Universe Sarodj Bertin will host the 3rd Annual Haiti Movie Awards on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Lombardo's Hall in Randolph, MA.
Benz Antoine made his first big screen appearance in Romeo Must Die as the Crabman. Since then he has appeared in the blockbuster hits Get Rich or Die Tryin', Four Brothers, the critically acclaimed I'm Not There and most recently, he appeared in Death Race.
Sarodj Bertin, daughter of Mireille Durocher Bertin represented Haiti in the Miss Universe 2010 beauty pageant held in Las Vegas on August 23, 2010. Bertin believed that competing in Miss Universe would give the people of Haiti a voice, stating, "there are many people who want to help but don't know how and sometimes they need a voice to tell them what are the necessities of the people. In 25 October 2012, she won the Reina Hispanoamericana 2012 pageant.
“We cannot wait for Benz and Sarodj to set fire to the Haiti Movie Awards stage ,” said Hans Patrick Domercant, President of MPAH.
“I am honored to be asked to host this year’s Haiti Movie Awards. I’m looking forward to being part of a really great show,” says Sarodj Bertin.
