The romantic drama, The Meeting, was one of the big winners at the second edition of the Nollywood Movies Awards, which took place yesterday (October 12) at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The movie was nominated in 11 categories, and won in 3.
Star actress, Rita Dominic won the coveted award for Best Lead Actress, for her role as Clara Ikemba in The Meeting. Mildred Okwo won the award for Best Director for The Meeting, and Jennifer Alegieuno won the award for Best Makeup for The Meeting. The movie is currently available online at - The Meeting >>> Distrify. It is expected to be released on DVD before the end of 2013.
