Lupita Nyong'o gets a kiss from Hollywood heavyweight Leonardo DiCaprio at the Producers Guild Awards


Lupita Nyong'o has been the toast of the awards season so far, picking up prize after prize for her role in 12 Years A Slave. And on Sunday night, Lupita Nyong'o got yet another seal of approval as Hollywood heavyweight Leonardo DiCaprio stopped to give the Kenyan actress a kiss on the red carpet at the Producers' Guild Awards. As Lupita was posing for pictures, The Wolf Of Wall Street star Leonardo strolled past her - and couldn't resist stopping to heap praise on the stunning star.

Cuddling up: Lupita looked understandably thrilled by the attention from the Hollywood heartthrob Leo was seen chatting to Lupita before pulling her in towards him to give her a kiss on each cheek.  The 31-year-old actress has been pulling out all the stops to impress with her outfits during awards season, and Sunday night was certainly no different. 

Lupita looked incredible in a mocha-coloured asymmetric dress which clung to her toned figure in all the right places as the photographers snapped away.

Posing up: Lupita was having her picture taken when Leonardo walked past. She finished off her look with a pair of black strappy sandals, diamond stud earrings and a pink snakeskin clutch. Leonardo isn't the only Hollywood star to have tipped Lupita for greatness.  Her 12 Years co-star Brad Pitt told E! Online of the actress: 'She's very special - a very special young lady. We're going to see great things from her.'

Sisters in film: Sarah Paulson, left, and Lupita Nyong'o. Brad also spoke about the amount of awards 12 Years has already received, with Oscar success predicted for next month. He said: 'It's great. It also ensures that more people are going to see it. And in my mind this is a film that only comes along once in a decade and everyone should see this. 'It's that good. It's moving, it's inspirational. It's why I wanted to go into film in the first place.' Lupita wasn't a winner at the PGAs, but was there to support Brad as he collected The Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures, for which 12 Years tied with Gravity.
