Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon reached a settlement in their divorce days before the pop diva's split from fiancé James Packer.
Cannon, 36, signed divorce documents ahead of Carey and Packer's September trip to Greece, where the couple had a fight that ended their engagement.
The "Hero" singer and the America's Got Talent host agreed on joint custody of their 5-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe. They also kept the earnings they made during their six-year marriage due to a prenuptial agreement. Carey and Cannon got married in April 2008 and split in December 2014.
